Previously on the blog, we talked a bit about some of the different preventative maintenance tasks that a home requires, even when it’s a rental. These tasks can easily become a burden if you manage the house yourself. A rental property can also eat up a lot of money if you don’t do these preventative tasks, however, because damage can easily occur when a house is not well maintained. Service the Septic System
