When you take the time to care about your property by conducting regular inspections, your tenants will do the same in return.
Inspections and/or reviews should happen on a regular schedule that both you and the tenants know. The first review should happen with the new tenant present during move-in week. Together, document existing damage to the home, taking pictures as you go, and write down any maintenance that needs to be performed.
