Clean Often Missed Spots
While many property managers have a checklist of everything you need to do prior to dropping off the keys at the office when you vacate and this checklist includes a lot of cleaning, there are many spots that get missed in the process. If you opt not to hire a professional cleaner to do a deep clean, you should remember to catch those missed spots. Don’t forget to wipe down baseboards, wipe the top of the refrigerator, wipe out cabinets even if they only held clean dishes, and don’t forget the windowsills.
Spackle Nail Holes
The odds are while you were living in your home for rent in the Little Rock area, you probably hung up pictures on the walls. When you vacate the premise, the courteous thing to do is remove the small nails and to spackle the holes that remain. This includes letting the spackle dry and then wiping down the wall so that you can’t even tell a small nail was there.
